  Firstly, I found the operator was abrupt and rude. She frequently interrupted me when talking and her voice tone seemed like she didnt want to be answering my calls. She should not be in customer service role. Secondly, I understand it was a busy night and was given a 45 min time frame for the next free taxi which I waiting for. However, after 10 min over this time frame, I decided to give them a call to see if the taxi was on its way. Again I was greeted with the rude operator, who when I was explaining I had booked a taxi that hadnt arrived, just interrupted again with "FROM?!" before I could finish my sentence. She told me she was still waiting for cars to be free and that it would he another 10 minutes . Half an hour after this call, I decided to ask a different firm taxi driver, who was dropping off another customer at the destination I was at. He, even though was on a tight schedule, was kind enough to take me to my destination. It was a taxi from biggleswade wish I could remember the firm name as to recommend them, as he was polite, much cheaper than the price the other firm was going to be asking for (as they gave an estimate when I called originally) and actually took me even, when he had a tight schedule. I tried to call martinis to tell them I wouldnt need the taxi anymore. No one picked up, and I never received any calls to ask where I was, when the taxi would of showed. So as far as I am aware, they never came, and I would have been there all night long. Seriously, consider walking before taking this taxi service. I would of got to my destination quicker, than waiting on them to turn up.
